Each delicious mouthful is handmade using simply natural ingredients and traditional Intalian techniques. The only thing we add is creativity and love. All the gelatos and sorbets in our boutiques are handmade fresh each day byour gelatos-gelato chefs. They are served to you at a gelato-perfect minus 12 degrees, so they're impeccably soft with no brain freeze

Coffee at Mina is very special and luxury. Coffee is sponsored by Camardo cafe in Italy, really very good and special. Pethaps the most common type in the whole of Italy, the caffe is an Espresso-a small but strong cup of coffee here, MinaGelato serve Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte Art, Americano, Cold black coffee, Coul white coffee, Cold Brew, Macchiato, Cocao Macchiato, Tiramisu Macchiato, Caramel Macchiato, Mocha, Affogato, Cooretto, Mousse Cafe
